The Committee on the Judiciary moves to amend the title of the bill as follows:
H. B. 142 -- " A Bill to amend and reenact §60A-10-15 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to providing a penalty for illegally possessing, possessing with intent to distribute or distributing an iodine matrix and/or iodine crystals; defining iodine matrix; and, establishing exemption for household uses not intended for manufacture of a controlled substance. "
